Citizens of one state obviously don't have the same rights in another state. There is no “apartheid” in Israel. Arabs have the same rights as Jews there and are members of the Knesset.

@Warra_Kamza @IDF It was the job of the UN peacekeepers to control a 30 km demilitarized zone at the Lebanese border. They failed, Hisbollah stored and fired grenades and rockets right at the border. There are constant siren alarms in Northern Israel. The IDF is now doing the job the UN failed.
