1/ I bought an engagement ring from @bozjewelry for about ₦700K in February 2024. Since my fiancée loved their brand, we decided to get our wedding bands from them too.
After several negotiations (proofs attached), we settled on a 14K gold band worth ₦892K for my wife
I experienced same too a 7 million naira diamond went to waste. Despite being kind to add more money to reach 10 million naira, they refused to change or refund the purchase. I advise against patronizing in Nigeria, as you may regret it.Unfortunately, that diamond went to waste.
@sherybee I'm reaching out because I have concerns about how this situation is being handled, and I don’t think it’s fair for me to bear the full loss. I’d appreciate it if you could address my request fairly, as this could impact customer trust in your brand. Thanks
