@bbb_us @optimum Update: Optimum contacted me 2 days after filing the report w/BBB. They listened and were eager to resolve the issue, which they did w/in 3 days. Also got a call from cust serv the following wk w/a promotional offer to reduce my bill. Hate how we got here but applause in the end

Hey @bbb_us I was w/o internet for 2 months while working from home during COVID. I adjusted and remained patient. I asked @optimum to reimburse me for every day I was w/o internet and they agreed. My service was restored on Dec 2, 2020. I'm still fighting them today. Please help

@bbb_us Please know I have filed a complaint. I'll file a new one each week until a resolution is reached. Nobody has time for the pain, suffering and inconvenience @optimum causes, especially during COVID when an internet connection is gold and paying fair fees is expected #nomorepain

They have a monopoly where I live so they exploit their customers. My pleas have fallen on def ears. I've been patient and more than reasonable, but this cannot go on any longer #FightThePower
