Our school has used showcase portfolio's for parent-teacher conferences! The students created them and then had to present them to their parents. This held the students very accountable for their work. The parents could then decide if they wanted to meet the teachers then. #ED527

Schools with 1:1 devices have an edge on innovation because technology can be the accelerator of learning. I am guilty of getting stuck in a routine of convenience rather than innovation with this technology. #InnovatorsMindset has me thinking of ways to change this. #ED527

My school does a few things to help focus on the +'s! We have weekly strength cards where you can write notes to other staff members highlighting when you saw a strength of theirs. We also have cards for students that go out on a daily and weekly basis! #ED527 #InnovatorsMindset
