I hope my staff feels empowered to teach their students based on the outcomes of their student’s current product. Each student is worthy of being treated with grace, understanding of high expectations, and learning toward their future. I believe my HGE staff does this daily.

District and school level admin have had tough and busy summer trying to prepare for the new year. They often don’t get the credit they deserve for the time, energy, and sweat they put into running the districts. I hope all you admin know you’re appreciated!
