What do I have to do to get BA/AmEx to take my complaint seriously. 2 hours waiting for BA to answer the help line 🤣 Both say the other needs to sort it and Avios need 2 weeks to investigate. Oh I forgot - I’m the customer. 🤣🤣 what a complete joke.
