@jaketropolis Because despite the title more is going on then just Star Wars. Planets needed to be supplied, troops moved, vehicles and equipment transported. Not to mention you need something to engage star destroyers otherwise your fighters are going to get dogged by fighters and ships

@RagingOwlbear I dont think the backlash would have been so strong if George wasn't so dead set on making the og versions unavailable for the longest time. Personally, I am a movie nerd so I like seeing things as they were made, warts and all but I also recognize i am a minority.
