@kevinkamaumucha Kamau, You may have to check the details one more time...look at the top of the Ring beam.+ wall plate +Rafter+ tile valley...these should ideally be at that line saying sika additive....check and confirm to avoid rainwater overshoot.

@LureCompany This Structure needs a "Work Stop Order"...Everything in those pictures indicate that there are Drawings , The Mis Is very poor and not Poker Vibrated...The Rebars seem not to be from a structural drawing....Theowner should stop the works ASP.

@SabrimaHomes There's something wrong with the structure's siting as well , most probably the client here took the Fundis from Mtaani and decided its construction time....The Decra roofing $$ woi 😱😱 & they won't be harvesting water for consumption 🙈...Clients need to be advised very early.

@SabrimaHomes Me thinks that if you approach them well with the correct details and the correct fascia heights+ aesthetics +the correct mix with waterproofing + the correct gradient +the correct down piping + the correct storage tank placement, then you will never climb up there for repairs.
