No the true villains in this situation were the upper management of Bioware it's self.

@MahDryBread They were the good guys when it came to Anthem. Without EA's mid development push the game wouldn't have ever shipped at all because EA put the boot down and forced Bioware to decide on a direction.

The first 3 years of dev time for Anthem was basically wasted.
