I am incredibly inspired by so many incredible people who were elected, those too who challenged power but came up short, and volunteers, citizens who wore their hearts on their sleeves and dared to talk politics in their communities. We are better for it.
“Seniors deserve dignity, compassionate care and the support to live healthy lives, wherever they call home. But right now, seniors in Ontario tell me they feel invisible and forgotten.” - Catherine Fife, Shadow Minister for Seniors and Long-Term Care

To the righteous folks on the left criticizing Olivia Chow online some of your criticisms are fair and accurate.
HOWEVER, this is a two-person race.
The train has left the station.
There's a time to be on a soap box and a time to simply organize and get out the vote.

Sometimes you just have to shake your head.....I took my friend to have a scan done, I sit with her in the waiting room and she gets called in by the nurse. I sit down and read my book while waiting. An older lady then comes in and sits in the waiting room. There is also a
A gentleman waiting for his wife to come back from her scan. The lady gets up and goes to find the nurse, shortly after we are asked to leave the waiting area and go to another waiting area on the other side of the building....I come to find out we were making her uncomfortable
@hell_line0 When it comes to universities, more often than not they’ll always choose the money. Look at how many college football players across the US have had credible SA charges brought against them yet those charges always disappear. Cornell isn’t a disease, it’s a symptom of one.
If Cornell protected students because they come from wealthy or influential families, that isn’t “promising futures” it’s privilege. A university should not have one standard for ordinary students and another for students whose families have money and connections. If women’s safety and accountability can be compromised to protect powerful students, that is a serious failure of the institution.
Cornell university wouldn’t expel all 7 students because five of them had “promising futures”.
That’s a lie.
Five of them have ultra rich parents who pays a lot of money to Cornell. That’s the truth.
Cornell chose money over women’s health.
Sickening.
