@kariebookish From my perspective as yso, I tend to email or ring the big companies or speak directly to the reps rather than comment which would only reach the social media team anyway. I'm also not as nice or easy going to the big companies as I am to smaller/micro ones.

@lolkins @BLKnitting @map_maker Thank you! We do not stock Cascade 220 but I used to buy mine from Pavi Yarns (I think their name was...) before I had the shop. I'm pretty sure they're indie but I don't think they're bricks and mortar alas.

The 2 independent yarn shops that I have supported this year have both won best yarn shop in their respective areas, huge congratulations to @Knitnottingham (Midlands) and @BlackSheepWools (North West) both have excellent customer service & a good range of yarn. #letsknitawards
