Blue Springs High School Alumna, Zora McCormick, was named to the 2026 Who’s Who list at the University of Central Missouri (UCM).

McCormick served as the Vice President of Promotions for Panhellenic Council, Vice President of Membership Recruitment for Alpha Phi, recruitment leader, and a UCM Alumni Ambassador. She is set to graduate in May with a degree in Events Marketing and Management.

Of the roughly 1,300 undergraduate students graduating from UCM in 2025-26, only 14 were selected for Who’s Who.

Blue Springs High School senior Keileen B. is BSSD's March Student of the Month.

Keileen has a 4.367 cumulative grade point average and is involved in softball, Spanish Club, Foreign Language National Honor Society, Student Senate, I AM Noticed, and National Honor Society.

BSHS Principal Dr. Wendell Fuimaono said, “Keileen creates such a positive energy in the halls of Blue Springs High School. Her genuine heart for people is evident in the way she interacts with teammates, staff, fellow student leaders, and students of all different backgrounds. She is such a great representative of BSHS and is a tremendous example of what it means to be a Wildcat.”
