Non-union actors may continue to voice in it though, which is (I believe) why Xilonen's trailer is voiced.

@hologlittersun @_mika60_ @GenshinUpdate Its a strike against SOME voice over studios (including Formosa, genshins EN studio) because they wont sign an agreement basically saying they wont use AI, I believe (thats why HSR/ZZZ hasn't been effected much in terms of voice-over as much)
