And if that’s arrest data, arrests aren’t convictions. Statistics without context describe outcomes not causes.

The prosecution’s position was not that there was an illegal weapon (that is a losing argument because the knife was under the legal definition at 5.5 inches) and arguing school policy would be silly because many students are breaking some sort of school policy!

Therefore no team has legal authority of any space in the bleachers. The best you can argue is a first come first serve point or a common courtesy stance.
