@splittingvoid_@LSXYZ9 For reference, the Pokemon 2025 Vancouver Regionals (same venue) had 2,191 entrants across three games (TCG, GO, and Scarlet/Violet). If Riftbound is hitting the same amount as a single card game, that should be a very good omen for long-term sustainability
@elhermano1337 Set 18 is going to be music themed though, and potentially correspond to a KDA comeback or some new musical group, so I feel like they're gonna pull out all the stops for it, as opposed to 17 which kinda gives filler vibes
@DetectiveMint86@gamer427_YT@europemaxxed Depending on your field, especially early in your career lots of jobs may ask for writing samples. Iโd definitely keep any good 3rd/4th year term papers or other big projects so you can send them in, or refer back to them to talk about them during interviews
@Man319The@ruggyscruggy Idk if this is a hot take, but I actually think this is one of the *best* parts of Sinnoh - going back through Mt. Coronet multiple times as you unlock more and more HMs was really cool to me, and made it one of the most iconic natural landmarks in the series
@fishninetyseven Idk as someoneโs whoโs a hockey fan and only very distantly follows soccer, theyโre 100% correct here. Weโve had one riot in the past 25 years, that kinda violence is pretty common in European/Latin American soccer.
And hockey chants do kinda suck Iโll give them that.
@NikLynam And even with those players underperforming, we still were as close to winning the entire thing as you could get without doing so. That's hockey unfortunately
@NikLynam Like sure, there were some improvements that could have been made (mostly on D) but at the end of the day a lot of the guys who we did bring should have performed better, and there's no guarantee the suggested names wouldn't have been just as invisible in the biggest games.
