This thing is worst than the cheating situation.
This is how they stole my account @UbisoftSupport @Ubisoft @UbisoftItalia.

So many people are posting that they are getting their og accounts stolen by ubisoft support. So many Hours and money wasted for you to treat us with this.

This triggers ubi to try and verify. They will use octosniff or xresolver etc to see the original owners ip and buy a proxy which they use on the bot to get super close to the original owners ip and then ubisoft verifies off of ip allowing them to change the email. Once they have email swapped to their own they spam cases again telling them to remove 2fa saying it’s an old phone number and then ubi removes the phone number allowing them full access to the account. Once they get access they sell high value skins such as glacier VIPs etc then transfer the credits to an external account.

Feels a little like one step forward and two steps backwards with siege patches, some really good stuff recently, but then a huge negative change :(

Renown is essentially useless, and you need to worry about 800+ dollars worth of skin prices yearly for events etc

I find it bizarre that older collections returning is being advertised as a somewhat compensation for the upcoming change, even though as of the event running RIGHT NOW, you can buy older collections with renown ASWELL as the current collection

This isn't an addition of a feature, its just removal of one of them

This is one of the worst player relation moves I think Ubisoft have done in a long time, and they are just undone so much goodwill.

You have just paywalled EVEN more content whilst removing the most player friendly skin market (Marketplace)

Meanwhile, on a free front

> Alpha packs still suck
> Recoloured black ice still paywalled
> recent item shop bundles have no renown option

Why would the average player grind renown now? So they can get an event pack that is a year+ old? a Skin they could have gotten cheaper on the marketplace?

There is NO compensation for these changes other than the Masterpiece skins being cheaper now.. which again, changes nothing about players who didn't wanna spend money before

The game needs a balanced monetised and free econmy.

This is an absolute slap in the face to players

Add every recoloured black ice to alpha packs immediately

Dissapointed with this decision. Renown is now completely pointless, we were told a chase skin would come - it was put in paid for packs. Alpha packs have been boring for years and all the community have asked for is a different colour black ice to be added into them so renown feels rewarding. But instead you have to pay for it. Cool masterpiece packs? Pay for the Delta packs too and get dupes to get renown that you can't now use for anything you don't have if you're a long term player. I appreciate Siege is now free to play but veteran and hardcore players keep getting punished for it.

I beg, for the community, you do something with alpha packs. The event pack change wouldn't feel so bad IF alpha packs were worth something.
