@javachik That’s fair. Seems that the academy agreed. I was not a fan of Oppenheimer despite it being an incredibly well made movie with some really good performances. Barbie just felt so original and creative. I’ve seen it several times. Will never watch Oppenheimer again.

@harvilla Fun podcast. I saw Judgement Day in the theater. Is was an unapologetic guys movie for the era of impending political correctness.

That was also the era of cross genre compilation albums. Rhythm Country and Blues came the next year and was the best of the lot IMHO.

@javachik I call SiriusXM once every 3-4 years. End up with a great 1 year deal. Then 2-3 years of getting shafted. All for that once a year where I’m driving with no local NPR and no cell signal.
