I am building a new mobile app with React Native and Django using Cursor with Opus 4.5. In less then 40 hours I was able to ship the MVP to the customer. The potential is just insane.
@adamlyttleapps Amazing, thanks for the motivation. This is exactly what I am learning now with my friends in Geneva. We are doing a session together on social media. The goal is to put ourselves in the spotlight and increase our presence in social media. Without trying to be perfect!
@natebirdman I have tested 4.6 today in Cursor. l felt that it takes more time, more thinking and more compute to get the same results as from 4.5. I will stick to 4.5 for a while longer especially for easier tasks when speed is more important.
🚀 In just 2.5 months, I built a mobile app for tennis challenges and got +150 users.
Frontend: @reactnative@expo@tamagui_js
Backend: Django, Postgres, Docker
Big shoutout to @cursor_ai and @AnthropicAI —these tools massively boosted my speed!
It’s the best time to build!
"The Hotel Bathroom Principle"
Whenever I’m in a city and I need to use the bathroom, I walk into a fancy hotel.
Fancy hotels always have nice bathrooms. And if you’re dressed well and walk confidently, you won’t be hassled for using the bathroom.
The world is becoming more casual, but if you dress too casually, it looks sloppy and careless.
When you want to cultivate serendipity, stick to the “Hotel Bathroom” dress code. Always dress well enough to walk into a bathroom at a hotel you’re not staying at and get away with it.
If you remember the “Hotel Bathroom Principle” you’ll always look sharp enough to capitalize on a serendipitous encounter.
@mukund Nice wrap up! I think it will pop up after IPO. I hope to get some shares via FreedomFinance. I submitted my IPO application.
I regret HOOD canceled their plans to open a UK office. They have huge potential for growth internationally.
If I write a piece about "buying private companies before they go public" on platforms such as

Few people seem to take up my suggestion to use it.
Mistake!
That site got me good enough at JavaScript by practicing the challenges to apply to senior JavaScript developer jobs when I'd never been a JS dev before.
The west is still using QRCodes totally wrong. A QRCode on a restaurant table that opens the menu is not really what we want. A QRCode can be unique to the table and allow food ordering directly to it. Should carry state and context.
