@deepaksonar911 @Osint613 The main issue is giving Ukraine guarantees that Russia won't invade in the future. The only thing Russia fears is NATO and Nukes. Even if Ukraine decides to give up parts of its territory what guarantee will they be given that Russia won't come back for more.
