26/09/2024 morning at the T2 airport:
1. Mumbai T2 Airport was a chaos
2. Indigo, in particular, had no proper rows to manage the queue
3. No intimation was made if the boarding gate was getting closed (check-in was getting closed)

And the worst part, its my moms burthday today,she wanted to be in Golden Temple,but thanks to indigo she spent her whole day on the airport and flights!

4. Gayatri at counter 6, was managing trolleys for a bit and we requested her to accomodate us by taking us to the counter otherwise we would miss the flight. She agreed to make that exception and we opened the queue band.

7.3. after 15 mins of begging and literally begging to let us board the flight, this gentleman said that seats are there but the checkin is closed and gave us the next "available" flight at 1.15pm to delhi and then 8.20pm to amritsar.

7.2. there was still no intimation of checkin being closed for this flight whatsoever, this girl ashlesha was helpful & she asked us to get in touch with the manager, we went to the manager, the manager made us go to another counter.

6. ofcourse she got a good earful from me, my family and other passengers. But didnt expect indigo to hire local train fighters on floor.

7.1. When we finally reached the counter - we were informed that the flight is overbooked.

5. Whn people complianed she refused she allowed & on top of tht she behaved extremely rude & started shouting, whn we shouted back & askd her to manage better she threatened us she wouldnt let us check in.
