My mom died in Jan. I adbised @MTNza to cancel her contaract and move it to prepaid. I have on several occassions followed up and resent all documents. They have blocked her number and call her on my phone looking for her from their collections dept

@TelkomZA insurance has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have to now approach the ombudsman . I was never informed of any excess. My phone needs a screen replaced and they want R4500 excess after paying R451 for the past 24 months
