@NoahRyanCo Nearing the end of a day I find a slight but very faint ability to feel. Plus, I had taken nasal Spravato treatments. After the treatments, that is what allowed me to notice the anhedonia fade faintly with 20+ hours of no sleep of naps.
@NoahRyanCo Forgot to mention the matter of sleep: your nervous system at a certain phase excites.
With this happening every night, assuming this all is the case for many, the dopamine receptors are presumeably desensitized.
I figure this based on staying awake for 20+ hours.
@NoahRyanCo Anhedonia is still present as pudendal nerve (responsible for sexual function and genital sensation) still not yet fully repaired.
Yes, I still say yet. Strong possibility for full recovery.
@NoahRyanCo Further on thiamine/vitamine B1: I emphasize importance, because while B12 is important as well, B1 seems to lay the ground work for the myeline sheath and possibly nerve endings.
Journey continues, yet my brain fog is nearly absent, sexual function is near normalcy.
@paulsaladinomd I experienced red meat allergy for a period of a few months; anti-parasitics? Now, I went on a restrictive diet for a few months. But on that diet did I eat pumpkin seeds/pepitas and consumed a decent amount of coconut oil. At some point I risked any dairy/red meat - issue gone.
@Onijps A precarious disposition, especially with no family to speak of. The issue of black mold and mold toxicity with no means to properly clean clothing appropriately so as not to cycle the process is certainly a roadblock. I am in quite the struggle.
@Onijps In regards to the pudendal nerve damage; I contend with anti-depresssant induced partial sexual dysfunction. As well, from sleeping until waking, my dopamine receptors are saturated and desensitized to perpetuate depression. No interest, and hardly a will.
@Onijps I do not understand your circumstances, but what I can gather, perhaps these accounts could give some direction. God bless and try to take care, sir: https://t.co/MrlLq0ELlK
