@FlySWISS it may be more cost effective for you to just fly me out to FLR to retrieve my suitcase that’s been stuck in the FLR lost and found for 11 days instead of paying out a claim to replace all the contents. #studyabroad#collegdaughter#aritzia#sephora

@FlySWISS you mentioned to contact the Florence airport for help with lost bags. Based on that, would you also be able to help contact them so you can understand that they do not answer the phone? There has to be another way… is there a process for EU travelers rights complaint?

#ToscanaAeroporti why is lost & found only picking the phone between 8-9 AM and 4-5 PM, also there is no holding the line when agent is busy. Impossible to get a hold of anybody. I tried 20x
@FlySWISS Yes @FlySWISS as a customer I am skeptical as I’m seeing different phone numbers being provided for the same request, and the one you gave me no one picked up, which is why I asked. Which one will lead to someone from Swiss picking up and assisting?

Hi Josphat, at this point I’d prefer to file a complaint to get someone’s attention at @FlySWISS . Your twitter mods seem to be a dead-end for customer complaints. The sad part is, this is the only way to actually get someone to respond.
@FlySWISS Luggage is not considered lost if you caused the delay. Your lack of effort to resolve this is unacceptable. You should be asking where to deliver it, not abandon it. Will you take responsibility and resolve this issue asap?
Lucy, I am quite alarmed by the lack of care for your customers luggage. Very troubling to hear you would consider leaving a passengers luggage abandoned in an airport and not deliver it, when a delay is caused by your airline. How would you handle delayed triathlon gear?
@barandentl @flySWISS_ @FlySWISS Hi Josphat, I need to understand how SwissAir handles situations like this. I have a group of triathletes flying Swiss for Ironman Thun and am not happy about how this is being handled. If you delay/lose a bike or any gear, that’s thousands of dollars gone and a missed race.

There has to be a solution to return it. Having second thoughts now about flying SwissAir for Ironman Thun. Tri Gear is not cheap to lose
