@EnergyPst @BMBF_Bund Sure, everybody can publish somewhere, but we need relevance and quality filters. Currently, journals serve this role, come with a community each. These communities must transform to Open Science venues with peer review etc. A process hard to mandate by law.

@EnergyPst @BMBF_Bund Great, but political will alone is not enough. Scientific disciplines must follow and establish #OpenAccess journals, project sponsors need to fund OA charges. Otherwise, researchers have to worry about OA-funding.
