Exam season doesn’t just show up in the classroom.
It shows up at the dinner table. At bedtime. In worried conversations and silent pressure.
That’s why we’re inviting parents and carers to join a free 45-minute Kooth webinar to support young people who are stressed about exams.
In this practical, supportive session, a member of our Community Engagement team will be joined by a Kooth clinician to share:
• Simple, realistic strategies to help young people manage exam anxiety
• How to spot signs that suggest a young person may need additional support
• Guidance on when and how to take further action
• How Kooth can provide safe, accessible support alongside what families are already doing
If you work in schools, healthcare or community settings, we’d really value your help in sharing this with the parents and carers you connect with.

This Children’s Mental Health Week, we are exploring what "This is My Place" truly means. For many young people, finding a "place" isn't about a physical location. It’s about finding a space where their voice is heard without judgement. One of those places at Kooth is our pre-moderated community forums.
It’s where a young person can:
▪️Realise they aren't the only ones struggling
▪️Share their journey safely and anonymously
▪️Find solace in others' stories
By providing a moderated, safe environment, we ensure that every young person has a community that understands.

For many, the biggest barrier isn't just the struggle itself, it's knowing where to turn and trusting the support available.
That’s why our Engagement Team is so valuable in acting as our “feet on the street”, raising awareness and embedding our services directly into the heart of local communities
Our team last year alone reached more than 850k children and young people in school/college settings and thousands more through webinars.
From raising awareness and educating young people across the country to training frontline staff, our team makes sure mental health support is never far away.
January routines can feel tough. Anxiety, low confidence, and pressure can make getting back on track hard for many young people.

Our mission is to make it easy to access help in the moment, often helping young people learn skills they can carry with them throughout life.
This World Mental Health Day, in partnership with The Diana Award, we’re focusing on a simple but effective idea: create your own ‘emotional first aid kit.’
A physical first aid kit helps with cuts and scrapes; an emotional one can give you tools to calm your mind and manage stress when things get tough.

We’re proud to announce our new partnership with @LondonFA, working together to support young people’s mental health, wellbeing and fitness.
“In partnering with the London FA, we hope that any young person who is struggling with their mental wellbeing on or off the pitch will reach out to Kooth for support. The London FA’s work to empower children and young people to speak out is vital; we’re so pleased to be able to play our part in making it a success.” Kooth’s head of clinical governance, Dr Hannah Wilson
This collaboration sits at the heart of our wider commitment to help young people strengthen their mental fitness. And very soon, we’ll be sharing more about Your Move, Kooth’s new campaign designed to help 10-25-year-olds build resilience, connection and kindness on and off the pitch.

Bullying can be loud. But you don’t have to stay silent.
Our short film, The Pretender, created with the, @DianaAward, is based on real experiences shared with our mental health practitioners.
Bullying doesn’t end at school. Online, it can feel overwhelming, inescapable, and all too often invisible to those around them.
Our latest research tells us that 1 in 3 bullied young people suffer in silence, unable to share what’s happening with their parents, carers or loved ones. The Pretender highlights the hidden reality and the urgent need to talk about it.
