@RUppal00 He lost the ball quite a few times. Didn’t progress the ball by carrying it and didn’t progress the ball with passing. Which means that he lost the ball a few times under little pressure or by making bad decisions.
@SeanDOlfc I think the issue is deeper. Total goals for and against only tells us so much. They had the 2nd best attack somewhere in the last few years as well. This implies game management and mentality ie easy wins 3-0 but then 1-1 draws when a game was challenging.
@GraemeKelly1 In what sense are you viewing this @GraemeKelly1? Injuries, sure those were frustrating but it was invaluable to have a midfielder that could drop a shoulder and move past players like he did. His ability to progress the ball and dribbling created so much space.
@CarlWhite83@LFCZA The pain of 18/19 and 21/22 on the player and supporters faces will never leave me. Time to set it right, win it on the pitch and watch Anfield go nuts. Need to see that release of joy and anxiety.
@AnfieldIndex This doesn’t feel right guys. We might be 6 points ahead with a game in hand but if we somehow blew our lead I’d look back on this post with dread.
@LFCApproved@mca_seb It saying FSG are saints but be careful what you wish for. Roman Abromavich used to drop by Chelsea training session. Can (not will) but hugely disruptive and could undermine Slot.
