A total nightmare tonight with @Avis not having enough cars for people who made reservations. They don't guarantee their reservations. And the staff at the San Jose airport can't do anything about.
@Avis It gets worst they double charged me and provided me with a direct number that doesn't work just goes to corporate who tells me morning can be done. They Gave me two cars instead of the 6 passenger vehicle & told me to bring it back and exchange it tonight, but no cars in stock
