Today 30/05/24 after 3 days of reaching chennai from Kuwait via Cochin Indigo airlines call centre representative is asking us to wait for another 24hrs for the baggage to be delivered.Since 3 days their 24hrs is not completed?

@IndiGo6E @Madhavaraosindh and they are asking us to wait for more 24 hrs. They are putting us in more trouble.
This is the very shameful act. I really regret for booking in this airlines.
Is it not the responsibility of the airlines to deliver within the right time?

@IndiGo6E @Madhavaraosindh then they filed a complaint and my kids were told that they will receive the baggage within 24 hours.But today it is 30th may and still not received.when we tracked the baggage through the call center they informed us that the baggage is still in cochin

@IndiGo6E @Madhavaraosindh My kids travelled from kuwait to chennai via Cochin on 28th May 2024 by Indigo airlines.
When they reached chennai they found their baggage has not arrived on the belt and approached the help desk.
