⚫️ Title VII
A federal civil rights law that prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin.
⚫️ Title IX
A federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in education programs and activities.

We’ll address the challenges victims face as a result of weak laws, lack of enforcement, high legal costs, and other barriers to bringing cases.

It is unfortunate that perpetrators and institutions that enable them are often not held accountable and this behavior and rape culture is allowed to fester.

We know there are not enough protections in place to make things easier for victims who ultimately suffer lifelong consequences.
