All sovereign power belongs to the people of Kenya & SHALL be exercised only in accordance with this Constitution.

@amerix Everything in this video depicts a first class honours graduate from Karahari University of Dust Technology.(KUDT). Seemingly he is going all the way to PhD in that discipline. Recording his own Simping is another addition higher diploma in the same category. What a looser.
She really said the quiet part out loud 😭
“Women are 1,000x more narcissistic than males” and then went full lecture mode. The part she said “you only get one mama, love her no matter what” vs “nobody ever says that about dad” point actually hit different.
And the part about women thinking they can talk to you any kind of way, put hands on you, and still expect you to speak of them like angels… whew.
Some of y’all about to screenshot this and send it to the group chat. Some of y’all about to write a 10-paragraph essay in the comments.
Have you experienced any of these? Let me know in the comments.
🔥 “Answer the question, Tommy — I think you’re the one who needs to read the constitution, not me.”
@AbdulElSayed skillfully handles a bigoted Islamophobic heckler and exposes him as the true religious zealot in the room.
The issue raised here exposes a serious failure in the enforcement of Kenya’s healthcare laws and patient admission protocols.
Article 43(2) of the Constitution expressly prohibits the denial of emergency medical treatment. Section 7 of the Health Act, 2017, goes further by guaranteeing emergency care, including stabilization and appropriate referral. Section 12 places a corresponding duty on healthcare professionals in both public and private facilities.
These are not new provisions. Every medical professional should already be familiar with these legal obligations, and every licensed healthcare facility should have operational protocols ensuring compliance.
A patient requiring emergency care should never have to wait for admission paperwork, payment verification or administrative clearance before receiving appropriate medical attention. Clinical assessment and stabilization must take precedence, with administrative procedures handled concurrently.
Importantly, Section 7(3) provides for fines of up to KSh 3 million for medical institutions that fail to provide emergency treatment despite having the capacity to do so.
The government must therefore enforce uniform emergency admission and treatment protocols across all healthcare facilities, with compliance tied to licensing and regulatory oversight.
Of course, enforcement must be supported by reliable healthcare financing so that facilities can provide emergency treatment without financial uncertainty.
Kenya does not lack a legal foundation for emergency healthcare. What it lacks is consistent enforcement, institutional accountability and a financing system that makes these constitutional guarantees a practical reality.

@amunga_jacktone@ohagaohaga@NelsonHavi@edwinsifuna@NormanMagaya For Sifuna I was really impressed with the votes he got on 8/8 for the Senatorial race in Nairobi. As a Mulembe myself the Mulembe nation has a new generation of intelligent youngster leadership!Kweli Baba never picks his general wrong! I 💯 endorse. Possibly a future President.
@WilliamsRuto Took me as a foreigner a few months - talking to Kenyans on ground, seeing extrajudicial killings and abductions - to learn you are a killer who lies and oppresses his citizens. Your “plan” is mostly broken promises, or more betrayed Kenyans. Gtfoh w those photo ops & lies.
We should be able to study African history without needing every historical figure to be a hero and every tradition to be morally perfect. History is not a public-relations department.
Maandamano really brought people together. Tao tulipigwa teargas and police were on the both sides of the road. Ilibidi tumeingia quickmart na wakafunga mlango. Tulijaa, wasee walikua washout "Msiibe ka uko na njaa useme tuchange". Wasee walinunuliwa food na nothing was stolen.
