Sheriff Dale Schmidt proved it with hotel surveillance, receipts, bank records, texts, and official logs.

She stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites near O’Hare on March 5, then the Holiday Inn Express in Beaver Dam, WI.

She was never detained by ICE at any time and never in the custody of the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office.

He’s now suing Naqvi and Cook County Commissioner Kevin Morrison for $1M each in defamation.
