If you want to improve your FPS in CS2, after every big update remember to clear your DirectX shader cache.
1. Run the Disk Cleanup application on Windows
2. Select C drive (or whatever your main drive is)
3. Check 'DirectX Shader Cache' option
4. Click OK, and ur good to go bro
@CounterStrike Servers fix incoming? When will you smash your ego and say sub tick sucks when playing with more than 10 ping and bring back 128 ticks so we can enjoy cs again?
The issue where FPS in CS2 dropped mid-match due to a Panorama UI loop triggered by the scoreboard, which spiked CPU usage, now seems to be fixed.
@M0st1ce shared the issue originally created on GitHub by Pulcomaru and confirmed the fix a few hours ago.
Valve understands and acknowledges that CS2's kill delay is a thing, so they implemented damage prediction.
The problem with damage prediction is that it does not really tackle the problem but offers a temporary solution that sometimes might not work.
Game feedback is so important that the delay between the game giving you the information that you killed a player or not might cause you to re-aim at the target you think you killed, if that makes sense.
The positive effects of damage prediction should be baked into the game without having to toggle it on or off, assuming the algorithm works at all times.
I guarantee you that if they manage to pull this off and also give us better servers to play on, it will be a game changer.
Try using damage prediction on a low ping faceit server and then do the same on a low ping valve server.
You can not even compare them.
Roughly 9,000 votes, and still the majority of the @CounterStrike enjoyers love CS:GO over CS2.
What CS2 needs:
- Better Anti-cheat
- Improved Performance
- CS:GO like kill feedback/hit reg
- More Content for Casual Players
does faceit matchmaking have a system like LoL where if you are on a winstreak it will put u with the worst animals on planet earth so you lose everything again?
@FACEIT@FrizzerCS@FACEITcs@LobanjicaCS@Kerovski Keep saying that to yourself, while people are playing with dma, radar cheats and even streaming and sharing the gameplay. Shame on u of even trying to defend your selfs while the reality says everything.
@FrizzerCS@FACEITcs@LobanjicaCS@Kerovski@FACEIT They just dont give a fk, admin staff has never been worse, most of them dont even know how the game works, if you check them u'll see their csgo elo and that explains everything. Smurfs, cheaters, bought accounts.. unluko maluko
