@TK_HelpDesk I have received a reply in regards to my feedback. Unfortunately I am rather upset about it. No sign or attempt for compensation / collaboration at all! Considering that your service has made quite big mistakes at the check in process that is very unfortunate!!!

@TK_HelpDesk I have recently made a very unfortunate experience with Turkish Airlines. Your service at the check in has made a quite mistake in not checking my documents properly, hence why my travel ended up being quite a torture. Missed flight, had to rebook.. TBC

@TK_HelpDesk had to rebook my flight, and stay at the airport hotel. 2 of your employees already confirmed that the check in lady has not done her job properly. I have already reached out via the feedback form on your HP, but no help and cooperation. TBC
