@gelosaludo @yoichifly Zantetsu and Karasu worked with Shido on PxG. This formation seems to be Shido focused so makes sense they put on a bunch of players who’ve worked with Shido in the past (Karasu and Reo). Plus Zantetsu’s speed will probably help match up with Teddy

@ellsbunnyz Yeah but this his biggest loss on his biggest stage yet. Shidou sees soccer as a way to leave behind proof of his existence and losing such a big match only does the opposite. Makes sense he’d be mad. Plus they lost in a stupid way

@bluelockrensuke Though tbh I argue that if Karasu’s goal is to be the best playmaker and bring his team victory, then isn’t that a valid ego? He never said he wanted to stop scoring either but just that his own goal is no longer the focus

@bluelockrensuke I think it’s more the idea of sacrificing your own path to the goal in order to completely entrust it to someone else. That kind of football is how Japan has historically played in BL and it’s what Ego is trying to change.
