@CoxHelp My internet has been spotty for nearly a week now. The app says there’s nothing wrong with the connection and restarting it/etc doesn’t fix the problem. (It is also insane that you can only report problems here instead of your apps)
@TruistNews I did - didn’t fix the issue. The app still says it’s missing the endorsement. Part of the reason I stayed with Truist was the mobile deposit option. The fact that it doesn’t work consistently is too inconvenient especially when nothing is being done to fix this ongoing issue
@TruistNews The mobile deposit is not working properly. It says the endorsement is missing even though I have clearly endorsed the check in the photos taken. There have been countless issues with the app since Truist took over my former bank. This is becoming very annoying fast.
@DominionEnergy I DM’d you 3 hours ago as you requested with my service address. Still no update/response. Been without power since 9:24 am and it’s now 8:32 pm. Cold and my parent is going to need their oxygen machine soon - tanks will run out. Please update.
