Absolutely superb - bang on from this fella. Brilliant.
nobody wanted Arsenal to win the Prem because we thought their fans were gonna be unbearable and annoying, but whats ended up happening is everyone else has become completely unbearable instead, crying and belittling their achievements as much as possible just to fuel agendas
๐จ ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐: Metropolitan Police confirms that Arsenal's parade is the biggest ever parade held in the country.
Over 1.5 million people estimated.
Not surprised that people are immediately trying to write revisionist history about the game today. Thatโs what idiots do
-Arsenal scored from open play. PSG could not
-PSG needed a penalty, conceded by Arsenalโs 3rd string RB, to score at all
-Outside of that penalty, PSG did not record a shot on target inside the box until the 117th minute
-PSG needed a penalty shootout to win the game
Casual fans will look at the possession and the shots, without understanding that Arsenal allowed PSG to have the ball and shoot it from non-threatening areas on purpose
At the end of the day, PSG deserved to win, because they stepped up when it mattered
But anybody suggesting that Arsenal didnโt play well, or didnโt execute their plan to perfection, is either lying to you for interactions, or they are genuinely incapable of analyzing the game that they just watched
It really is that simple, at the end of the day
Bruno joins Dele Alli, Michu, and Scott Parker in a line of players who have had massively overhyped seasons because theyโve looked good with total free license and playing low stakes football every week.
Ridiculousโฆ @_DeclanRice should have won this.
Absolute travesty that someone whose team never once competed for the Title wins over a guy whose brilliance all season led us to the Title.
๐จ๐จ๐๏ธ Wayne Rooney on Arsenal winning the Premier League after 22 years: an emotional speech ๐ค
โThis teamโฆ this teamโฆ honestly, Iโm actually feeling emotional for them right now. For years people called them soft, fragile, bottlersโฆ every season it was โstay humbleโ, โshow some mentalityโ, โbuild some muscleโ, โtheyโre not built for the big momentsโ. ๐ญ
Wellโฆ whereโs Mr. Mentality now? Whereโs the man telling everyone to stay humble now? Whereโs the man mocking them with a bottle. I canโt see them ๐
Because Arsenal have gone and done it. After 22 years. And they didnโt do it in an easy season either, they did it in one of the toughest Premier League campaigns I can remember. The pressure, the intensity, the competitionโฆ and they still came out on top.
If right now, you are still doubting this team then youโve been left behind, and itโs only a matter of time you will stop doubting them.
You have to give credit where itโs due. Mikel Arteta deserves enormous praise because he rebuilt this club step by step and got people believing again.
I can already see Arsenal fans becoming the loudest people on earth for the next 20 yearsโฆ and honestly? Fair enough. Theyโve suffered enough. Congratulations to Arsenal Football Club.โ ๐โค๏ธ
Iโd love the club to host its own trophy ceremony at the Emirates, as if it was a regular matchday at home. Build a platform in the centre of the pitch, announce each of our players to receive their medal(s) and invite former players and managers to celebrate in a full stadium.
