🚨 Good job @FBIDirectorKash! DOJ just indicted the higher-ups in the L.A. Skid Row petition fraud ring O’Keefe caught on camera.

James Brass of Victorville is in custody. Two circulators who worked for him are charged too.

They allegedly used a voter database to steal registered Californians’ identities, handed those names to people on Skid Row, and paid them to forge petition signatures.

This is the scheme hidden-camera footage already showed: cash for fake names, fake addresses, fake signatures — to put initiatives on the ballot.

Democrats spent years calling election integrity a conspiracy theory. Then an independent journalist filmed it, and now federal prosecutors are making arrests.

If this is what one camera crew found on Skid Row, what else is still out there?

🚨 This morning, the FBI and our partners arrested a subject near Los Angeles for allegedly paying homeless individuals on Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles to sign petitions in support of ballot initiatives—all using stolen identities of registered voters.

Two additional petition circulators have also been charged in the investigation. All three subjects are charged with conspiracy to commit identity fraud in furtherance of a state felony, among other charges.

Securing American elections from criminal interference is of the utmost importance to this FBI.

If you mess with our elections, this FBI will find you.
