Is there anyone @GodrejAppliance team can explain why the request is closing without service.
While selling the product they are saying that service is available everywhere but no-one is responding.

@GodrejAppliance is closing the ticket without any proper solution. And this is happening after escalation.
Noone is picking the call and I am following this from last 3-4 days.

@makemytripcare @IndiGo6E @makemytrip I am using @makemytrip from long time but I request all people to avoid using the #MakeMyTrip app. Due to current situation airline cancelled and they confirmed the full refunded but ##MakeMyTrip is deducting the Money.

I was scheduled to fly to India on March 4th at 12 AM. @IndiGo6E
called & emailed offering full refund or reschedule due to their cancellation.I chose full refund, but the email shows a deduction of AED 295 (total refund only AED 173 after AED 295 cut). @makemytrip

@makemytripcare I have sent multiple DM and tweet but no one is responding for this. @IndiGo6E has confirmed that they have initiated the full refund but @makemytrip is not returning and they are taking and unprofessional with no answer.

If there was full refund then what about the below email. And I have paid AED 559 and @IndiGo6E and @makemytrip is only considering AED 468 (Deduction 295 and they will refund AED 173)
if so, either I want full refund AED 559.
I have sent msg to them as DM with all info.
