To mislead #customers, you fake the delivery time on your apps!! 2 minutes at 08.01PM, 8.10 PM and 8.15 PM and finally delivers around 8.20 PM which was supposed to be around 8 PM.

In just 3 months time I got misleading and deceptive status updates from #Swiggy twice .

A month back it held my order to deliver it together with some other newly placed order in same street as mine and lied to me that the delay is due to rain which is false.

When I exposed with screenshots and proofs, processed a reasonable refund and promised it wouldnt happen again.
But similar thing happened today too and with a pizza order too this time as well..I ordered the large pizza which took 1 hr 10 mins came cold..
