#EPeeps another great VE case @KingsCollegeNHS with our EP Fellow @rmukherjee1987 - mapping using #DecaNav @BiosenseWebster in the RVOT was very quick. Signal was -40ms pre QRS, pace map 99%. Ablation with no further VEs. Thanks @AlexGrimster for lovely maps.

Excited to be first using Heliostar's new mFAM automated full AI-delivered geometry @BartsHospital. Great cases over the last few days, learning lots, super fast and consistent isolation and without General Anaesthetic. Nice work @BiosenseWebster !
90W PVI is as well tolerated as Cryo PVI and better tolerated than 50W PVI, using just mild sedation without propofol.

Harefield Hospital’s 1st case with Octarray/Q mode +. Redo AF - all PVs iso! So some Cartofinder action (did not terminate) and PWI. Handles well/super fast collection/great geo/sharp EGMs. Looking forward to testing it out in the V. #EPeeps#biosenseweb @mjoc32
OctaRay has been primarily marketed as an atrial mapping catheter, but I think it may be undersold in it's role in the ventricle. 2Fr splines, much softer than PentaRay with noticeably less ectopy. Rapid mapping and beautiful signals using indwelling reference electrode.
