यूपी के सुचना निदेशक विशाल सिंह की भदोही में एक के बाद एक कई लैंड डील।

ज़मीनों की ख़रीद-फरोख़्त के सारे कागज़ात 'टॉप सीक्रेट' पर।

बड़ी बात ये कि इन ज़मीनों की  ख़रीद के विक्रय पत्र में उनका व्यवसाय "व्यापार" लिखा गया है,

जबकि विशाल सिंह व्यापारी नहीं हैं बल्कि वे 2015 बैच के IAS अधिकारी हैं।

खास बात यह भी है कि इन ज़मीनों का प्रकार कृषि है और जिस ट्रस्ट के नाम पर ये ज़मीन खरीदी गई है,

वो खेती नहीं करता है, बल्कि विशाल आवासीय स्कूल चलाता है।

स्वामी अतुलानंद सेवा न्यास के मुख्य ट्रस्टी के तौर पर विशाल सिंह ने जून 2023 में खरीदी कई ज़मीनें।

विशाल सिंह द्वारा ट्रस्ट के नाम पर खरीदी गई एक ज़मीन 15 करोड़, 27 लाख, 20 हज़ार की है,

जिसका क्षेत्रफल लगभग 4 हेक्टेअर में है। 

विशाल सिंह द्वारा ट्रस्ट के नाम पर खरीदी गई एक और ज़मीन 1 करोड़ 72 लाख 80 हज़ार की है। इसका क्षेत्रफल 0.617 हेक्टेअर है।

उनकी पत्नी दिव्या सिंह के नाम से भी यहां ज़मीनें  खरीदी गई हैं। 

दिलचस्प बात ये भी है कि जून 2023 में यूपी के भदोही जिले में ये ज़मीनें खरीदी जाती हैं,

और विशाल सिंह फरवरी 2024 में इसी भदोही जिले के डीएम बन जाते हैं।

विशाल सिंह के डीएम रहने के दौरान ही इस ज़मीन पर ये विशाल आवासीय स्कूल बनकर तैयार होता है।

भदोही के खरगापुर स्थित इस विशाल स्कूल का नाम संत अतुलानंद रेजीडेंशियल एकेडमी।

इस विशाल आवासीय स्कूल के Mentor खुद विशाल सिंह हैं, जबकि उनकी पत्नी दिव्या सिंह इसकी डायरेक्टर हैं।

विशाल सिंह के Immovable Property Declaration (2024-25-26) में कहीं भी इस संपत्ति का जिक्र नहीं है।

हमने विशाल सिंह को ईमेल करके पूछा है कि क्या उन्होंने सरकार को अपने इस "व्यापार" की जानकारी दी है?

आखिर आय के इस स्रोत की गंगा कहां से निकली है?

Assam wants to shrink Kaziranga’s eco-sensitive zone from 10km to 1km for a stadium and other development. Yet every monsoon floods force elephants and rhinos towards higher ground through these very corridors.

Let’s build stadiums elsewhere as we cannot build another Kaziranga.
