@DavidSHolz@jaivinwylde Solid list, sleep, movement and meditation really do raise the floor.
Worth adding that anxiety can still run strong from thoughts alone even when the body is sorted. Observing thoughts and noticing/accepting that not every thought is true makes the whole thing more complete.
@FrankLeeSG@MathewCarson11@AbakpaJob And, You helped a lot of people make a lot of money in TSLA, got them to see what TSLA was capable of back when Wall Street and the media were still bearish. A lot of them ended up becoming strong long-term investors and supporters of the company, so U helped the company as well.

Interesting, @jam_croissant was dropping some 🥐crumbs warning of a possible return of volatility beginning this week. (see my chart below)
The 2020 crash began after Feb 21 OpEx.
The 2008 crash began after Aug 15 OpEx.
The last three midterms each began a decline of 10% or more.
Sept 19 2014. Sept 20 2018. Aug 16 2022.
Every one started within a day of opex or VIX expiration.
@jam_croissant read?
The positioning that matters is concentrated in quarterly expirations, so the risk clusters on those dates rather than spreading evenly.
Support flows peak Monday, then drop off into August opex.

@LimitingThe Not everyone got the shares into their brokerage accounts. Not saying none received the shares to be able to sell, but many didn’t. That said, not sure how much selling could happen from those shareholders who should receive them in the next few weeks.
@bradsferguson The options will continue on the option chain converted into SPCX options.
Were you referring specifically to IV crush upon merger announcement, and also after the merger?

@FrankLeeSG@grok Analyze the post on capitalism's inverted priorities. Propose 3-5 evidence-based U.S. enhancements prioritizing basics for poor, sustaining innovation/growth. Use principles (efficiency-equity) & seminal thinkers. Assess feasibility, Gini impact etc. if none viable justify
From Tesla's 2025 CEO Interim Restricted Stock Agreement (SEC Exhibit 10.1, filed Aug 3, 2025):
"No Section 83(b) Election. Participant may not file an election under Section 83(b) of the Code with respect to the Restricted Stock."
This explicitly prohibits an 83(b) election for Elon Musk on these shares. The 2019 Equity Plan has no clauses on 83(b).
@bradsferguson@grok Please check Tesla’s actual Aug 4 2025 restricted-stock award agreement & 2019 Equity Plan filings. Quote the exact clause on Section 83(b) elections for these shares. Is an 83(b) election legally allowed for Elon or explicitly prohibited? Primary sources only.
