@FailsbyUnited @united So I quit online chat agent who was not of much help. Switched over to phone and I was asked to fly through Chicago first. Then magically found a “nice” economy seat now. But both agents knew somebody did this at Dulles airport but not much detail. Very disappointed !

3/3 you all have to understand this service has to be better. This has left such a bad taste and even after landing here for few days and still traumatized. After a long association with Lufthansa they are really considering alternate options.

@lufthansa @Lufthansa_DE @Lufthansa_USA 1/2 both sets of parents are visiting us from Chennai and one of them has Parkinson’s. Their flight was comfortable and but traumatic experience in Frankfurt @Airport_FRA and Dulles airport @Dulles_Airport with wheel chair assistance contd.

2/3 they were dropped in multiple places in Frankfurt, not taken to business class lounge and left alone. They had to walk a long way to the gate just made it. In Dulles airport even worse they got dropped in the line and never got assistance. Got cramps and it took 2 hrs.
