@united pretty disappointing service on UA1097 today. Delays, delays, back to gate, can’t balance the plane, and then no beverage service in flight?? Pretty disappointing.

@united love getting flight changes that reduce the length of our vacation by days & add another layover and significant travel time! It’s nice that we get a chance to change our itinerary for free - except that there aren’t seats available unless we upgrade for $5k. Thanks!
