जब targets पूरा करने में योगदान सबका है,
तो Performance Linked Incentive यानी PLI में भेदभाव क्यों?

PLI की व्यवस्था fair, equal, inclusive और non-discriminatory होनी चाहिए। किसी कर्मचारी के पद या cadre के कारण उसके योगदान को कम नहीं आँका जा सकता।

और यह केवल एक माँग नहीं है—यह उन सहमत मुद्दों को लागू करने की बात है, जिन्हें Joint Note में स्वीकार किया गया था।

अब समय है कि किए गए वादों का सम्मान हो और उन्हें लागू किया जाए !

सभी बैंक कर्मचारियों के लिए fair PLI,
और बेहतर work-life balance के लिए five-day banking week.

क्योंकि सम्मान केवल शब्दों से नहीं, न्यायपूर्ण व्यवस्था से मिलता है।

Look at the level of appeasement ⬇️ ₹20 crore: Undergraduate tuition fee support for eligible Muslim women students under the government quota.

₹8.28 crore: Educational assistance for 41,384 Muslim girls in Classes 9 and 10, at ₹2,000 per student annually.

₹2.45 crore: Initial grant for a new Minority Women’s Arts and Science College in Chennai through the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board.

₹40 crore: New headquarters building for the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board.

₹100 crore: Revolving fund for interest-free loans to develop income-generating assets on Muslim Waqf and Christian religious properties.

NHAI’s ( @nitin_gadkari ) ₹4,200 crore Kanpur–Lucknow Expressway opened to the public, and within just 13 days, a major stretch was already damaged.

PNC Infratech is linked to this project, and its promoter Naveen Jain is today a BJP Rajya Sabha MP from Uttar Pradesh. The bigger question is not just why the road failed so quickly.

It is also this: when a company has faced repeated quality concerns, a mining penalty, a CBI bribery case and tender debarment, what was the political judgement behind sending one of its promoters to Parliament?

Public money deserves better roads. And public office deserves tougher scrutiny.

Abdullah said he was given Abu Dhabi centre for NEET but NTA clarified that he himself applied for Abu Dhabi through his own log in id password and crossed checked it multiple times. More thn 3L students changed centres when given a chance and 99.5% queries sorted but he didn’t change and checked and kept it Abu Dhabi. So why sudden narrative of glitch a day before the exam? Who is right and who is wrong? I think he will be giving exam in Nagpur tomorrow now as NTA made some special provision!

When the INC approved the Sethusamudram Shipping Canal Project, it involved cutting near Ram Setu and raised serious concerns about coral reefs and marine life, yet it was cleared at the time before being halted later.

Now, the same voices oppose the Great Nicobar Development Project over environmental concerns, despite its strategic importance for ports, trade routes, and security. The real question is simple: why is there selective outrage when it comes to national projects?

Look at the map again. Mumbai is at 32°C, next to the sea. Delhi is at 40°C, almost 900 km from the nearest coast. The sea cools Mumbai. We took Delhi's cooling away by chopping down its trees and pouring concrete everywhere.

Since 2001, India has cut down forest bigger than the entire state of Mizoram. Trees do two things for a city. They give shade, and their leaves release water into the air. Strip those trees away and an Indian city runs 1 to 4°C hotter than the villages right next to it.

Stack ACs on top. India has bought 5 crore air conditioners in just the last five years. But only about 10 out of every 100 Indian homes own one. The other 90 step out into streets that the rich neighbourhoods are heating further with their AC exhaust. Two days ago, all this cooling pushed our power grid to a record. ACs alone now eat as much electricity every evening as 30 big coal plants produce.

In 2024, Indian hospitals saw 40,000 heatstroke cases. The official government count of heat deaths was 110. Across the world, heat deaths are normally 20 to 30 percent of heatstroke cases. That means 8,000 to 12,000 Indians likely died from heat last summer and were never counted. A 2024 study in the journal Environment International estimates the real number is closer to 1.5 lakh deaths every Indian summer.

The Lancet's India report says we lost almost 12 lakh crore rupees in wages to heat in 2023 alone. Farmers and daily-wage labourers lost most of it. They are the ones standing under the sun while the rest of us complain about heat on Twitter from cooled rooms.

Of 37 heat action plans the government has written for our cities and states, only 2 even bothered to map who to protect first. Only 3 had real funding behind them. The rest are PDFs that sit in drawers.

The map shows India is the hottest country on Earth right now. Some of that is bad luck. A lot of it is what we cut down, what we covered in concrete, and what we never bothered to count.

As someone who's been to North-East, tasted those pineapples and still carry the taste, the scene caught my eye.

NE's Pineapple story is a MUST KNOW (even for UPSC)

• India is the 5th largest producer of pineapples
• 1.2 million tonnes annual production
• 40% of this comes from NE
• ~90% organic

But farmers in the region still face 15 to 25% post-harvest losses.

Why? Not because of quality or demand but due to poorer storage, cold chain & connectivity

When a pineapple travels more than the infrastructure can handle, it’s the farmer who absorbs the loss.

This isn’t just about pineapples.

The Northeast grows some of India’s most unique and high-demand crops:

• Joha rice
• Passion fruit
• Assam lemon

These are crops that fetch premium markets if logistics are sorted better!

The need bare minimum:

• Right storage & infra support
• Access to timely and affordable credit
• Better transport & post harvest handling

Both Assam govt. as well as Agri Ministry need to come together to build infra.

This will help farmers reduce the losses, build stabler local economy and setup export supply chains
