@RailwaySeva @drm_kir Sir/Mam, this is a very serious concern, this Infestation might seem a very casual and normal thing for a complain but there is not 1-2, there is a dozen and i literally cannot sleep. TTE denied to change seat despite of vacant seat as per chart vacancy. I beg you please help

My sister and there kids are traveling in train from Bettiah to Bhagalpur in 2nd tier AC, PNR no- 8213131228, there are several mosquitos and insects invading the area, she has complained several times to coach attendant, he's replying rudely that BIHAR MEI TOH MACCHAR AAEGA
