#MYGS | A mock Model Youth Gram Sabha session by EMRS Kosambuda, #Chhattisgarh was presented during the National Award Ceremony of the Model Youth Gram Sabha.

भारत मंडपम, प्रगति मैदान, नई दिल्ली में आयोजित मॉडल यूथ ग्राम सभा के राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार समारोह में श्री सुशील कुमार लोहानी, अपर सचिव, पंचायती राज मंत्रालय ने स्वागत संबोधन दिया। उन्होंने वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों, पंचायती राज संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधियों तथा जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालयों और एकलव्य मॉडल आवासीय विद्यालयों से आए विद्यार्थियों का हार्दिक स्वागत किया।

अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने कहा कि यह कार्यक्रम केवल पुरस्कार वितरण नहीं, बल्कि युवाओं को लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों से जोड़ने वाली एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल का उत्सव है। ग्राम सभा को लोकतंत्र की आधारशिला बताते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि जब युवा यह समझते हैं कि निर्णय कहाँ और कैसे लिए जाते हैं, तब लोकतंत्र और अधिक मजबूत होता है, और इसी उद्देश्य से पंचायती राज मंत्रालय युवाओं की सक्रिय भागीदारी को लगातार प्रोत्साहित कर रहा है।
