@united you should be ashamed. 5 hour delay not your fault. Boarding a plane without a pilot and timing out a crew 1.5 hours later at 11:30 pm entirely on you. Don’t board planes if you can’t fly. Wtf

@united complete nightmare in Newark. Flight #2858 boards an hour late boarding g- results in potentially a three hour ground stop and no one seems to know jack shit about what is happening. Not a good look United.
@united - Scheduled on flight UA66 from Newark to ORD. Delayed and stuck on tarmac for 6+ hours. Crew just announced delay is gate congestion related, not weather. Need to deplane and rebook. Pilots are unable to give us a time for deplaning. This is against DOT regulation..

Just spent FIVE HOURS on a runway in Newark. Myself along with every other passenger missed their connecting flights.
The flight attendant told us “please refer to the app with any questions”

@united how long are you going to string customers on UA3607 along? They have been stranded for 6+ hours in Newark and your crews refuse to return bags and cancel the flight so they can make other arrangements. Please help.

@united Please help your pilots in Newark. Air Traffic is ignoring them and stranding passengers for 6+ hours on the Tarmac while other flights come and go. Only update we get is they haven’t forgotten us. It is pretty bad.
