@LaurelFynes I actually question how many in my life knew and pretended they didn’t. Could they then continue on like nothing was wrong? It’s not our problem...right? Justifying it with the guise of protecting us from how awful our colonial ancestors were?
The young are mortified by Canada's past (so am I). They will be the changemakers. I will encourage them to stand up and fight for what is right. I will do the best I can, continue learning, until I know better. Then when I know better, I will do better. @clclyne#BraidingVoicEd
