@WeAreTeachers I once had a principal who grilled steaks for Teacher Appreciation lunch every year. He purchased steaks, potatoes, salads, fixings and drinks for his faculty with his own money, hauled his own grill to the school, and grilled for us every year. It really showed that he cared.
